Gresham Parks 2035 Survey 2

Welcome!

Gresham Parks is finalizing its Parks, Trails and Recreation System Plan (Gresham Parks 2035) — a roadmap for how we invest in parks and recreation through 2035. Over the past year, we’ve heard your ideas, needs and priorities.

Now we want to check in: Are we still on track?

This short survey (about five minutes) will help us prioritize projects for implementation over the next 10 years.

Let’s get started.

What we have heard so far

Community feedback has helped identify five top priorities:

  • Keep parks and facilities safe and well-maintained.
  • Improve access to and within existing parks.
  • Build new parks in neighborhoods that need them.
  • Offer more programs and activities through local partnerships.
  • Secure long-term funding for parks, trails and nature access.

How well do these match your own priorities for where the City should focus improvements to Gresham's parks system?

Future projects

We've grouped possible projects into four categories. Please help us prioritize.

  1. Reinvestment: Fix or upgrade what we already have (examples: playground repairs, court upgrades)

  2. Build/add: Add new features or capacity (examples: splash pads, shelters, new parks)

  3. Access: Improve access and connections (examples: ADA upgrades, trail links)

  4. Nature/passive use: Protect and enjoy nature (examples: tree care, trail safety in natural areas)
