The Framework Plan includes the priorities and strategies needed to bring that vision to life, while looking at how to support both the existing historic charm and accessibility while planning for future growth of this neighborhood.

With the continued growth of Downtown Gresham, the City is looking to continue the conversation about the longer-term vision for the neighborhood. This project will not look to replace, but to build upon the existing framework of the downtown area as the heart and soul of Gresham’s roots and local experience.
