Festival-style streetscape upgrade along Main Street.
Establish and easily understood wayfinding and downtown branding strategies.
Support multiple types/scales of housing and commercial infill.
Consolidate city-provided parking into a district parking strategy to unlock development sites.

Establish and robust mixed-use trail/bikeway to connect the Wy’East Trail to the Springwater Corridor.
Maintain Main Street’s historic character through design guidelines.
Improve key intersections that people use to access downtown.
Apply universal design and human health and wellbeing standards to all future downtown improvement projects.
